Her Excellence Is has been established to provide minority female youth in grades 6th through 12th the opportunity and support needed to excel and become excellent in their life pursuits. Her Excellence Is. is not affiliated with any scholastic institution; we work with the girls alongside and outside of all intuitions through mobile platforms. The concept of the organization which is represented in our logo as the Queen piece in chess, is for the girls to move or grow from the status of a Pawn to the status of a Queen. IE. Her Excellence or Excellency is an official title given to such a person (a definition is provided below). We inform, encourage, empower, and support these young women by creating a structure that engages the girls in new and innovative concepts. We are developing and implementing the concepts of Peeragogy where members collaborate and learn how to work smart together with and through mobile platforms. We also teach girls how to use current and up and comming technology in a constructive way.
