Athletics, Health, and Arts Program


The AHA  Program is designed to engage and support every girl in Athletics, Health, and Arts of all kinds. By means of providing awareness, encouragment,  peer support, and financial support
All members are to enroll and participate in an art or sport.
All members are to support other members in their artistic and athletic pursuits, by encouragment, attendance to events, and support by other means.
All members are to employ healthy eating and exercise regimes.
Members are to attend/participate in special events,ie marathons, self defence classes, and tailgating parties.
Kinds of activities within each category  is as listed.
